Mia Pago Ltd is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (Financial Services Register number 826380) as an Authorised Payment Institution, able to provide payment initiation services and account information services.
‘You’ means any user of any BOPP services and ‘your’ is construed accordingly.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and by accessing the BOPP site you agree to submit any disputes (including non-contractual disputes) to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
